Shobar Dhaka is a citizen engagement management platform that allows residents of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) to easily access the services provided by the corporation. This mobile application can be downloaded onto iOS devices.

With Shobar Dhaka, citizens can directly submit various issues to the relevant officials and employees of DNCC, such as problems with roads, mosquitoes, street lights, garbage disposal, waterlogging, public toilets, drainage, and illegal structures.

Key features of the application include:

1. Ability to submit issues with real-time GPS location.
2. Emergency Services section with options to call the National Emergency Helpline- 999 and access special features for women, such as "Emergency Alert" and emergency numbers for government services.
3. Location and directions to the nearest hospitals, pharmacies, police stations, bus stops, fire brigades, public toilets, and STS (unknown acronym).
4. Scrolling feature for important government announcements, breaking news, and DNCC updates.
5. Citizen notification and disaster alert notifications.
6. Information about ward councilors and department heads of DNCC.
7. Addresses with maps of DNCC offices.
8. Emergency information, including important DNCC forms.
9. "Ajker Dhaka" feature for updates on ongoing exhibitions, trainings, social events, etc. in Dhaka.
